Sedentary job is one that makes people not only a walking triangle, but also someone whos vulnerable to diseases. To get rid of these diseases, one should have to flex muscles and do some exercises. Walking is one that helps people who have no time to exercise. Office workers, some of the most common sedentary people, need to walk and climb stairs as a form of everyday routine. We understand the need of these people to fill every minute of their busy schedule with things that are related to work ONLY. But then it helps to give some motivation. By it we mean, to help them get in shape.

There is something in the people of the pre-technology world that we should envy. They may have lived giving a lot of physical effort to accomplish even the littlest works, but that was the very reason of their good health we in the modern world are pursuing.
There are a lot of reasons why dont people have time to exercise. First, they need not to, or so they think. This is the world where medical breakthrough and advancement wow people with their life-saving tactics, making them live unmindful of the dangers of say, obesity, a serious take people think as not dangerous.
